Terra API pricing, and a cheaper option for Android
HC Sync is an Android Health Connect alternative to broader health data aggregators. In the October 2026 comparison below, Terra Quick Start starts at $499/month and Junction Launch at $300/month. HC Sync is free for 5 synced users, with Starter at $29/month for 100. It does not cover iOS or cloud wearable connections.

On Terra's published numbers, 100,000 credits at 200 per connected source works out to about 500 connected sources a month before overage, and events beyond the first 400 per source cost extra credits. That is our arithmetic, not a figure Terra states.
How much does HC Sync cost?
Free for 5 synced users. Starter is $29 a month for 100 users, Indie $149 for 1,000, Studio $299 for 20,000. For comparison, Junction's $300 entry plan covers up to 500 users; Studio is $299 for 20,000 on Health Connect.
What coverage does HC Sync exclude?
- iOS. HC Sync reads Health Connect, which is Android only. Aggregators cover Apple Health and many cloud wearables; we do not.
- Cloud-to-cloud connections to services such as Fitbit or Garmin.
- Anything beyond health data, such as lab testing or health scores, which some aggregators offer as add-ons.
When is Android Health Connect coverage enough?
If your app is Android-first, or your health data feature starts on Android, one Android library reads whatever the user's apps and watches write to Health Connect. Samsung Health is one example; see Samsung Health API. You get REST, signed webhooks with retry and replay, and an MCP server.
If you later add iOS, you can add an aggregator for that side then.
What does HC Sync provide?

How can you try it without a phone?

Does HC Sync work on iPhone?
Not yet. Health Connect is Android. Apple HealthKit is next if you ask for it.
How do I delete a user’s data?
DELETE /v1/users/{id} removes everything for that user immediately.
Where is data stored?
Records are stored in the US and deleted after 13 months.
